I think for the most part, nothing super major has changed. Most of the big stuff that you missed, like community co-authorship and the greenboxes, is in the Herald. You might also run into Patrol Coach a few times if you go patrolling, since there was a change there some time back - though I don't know how often you patrol to begin with, hah!
