Kind of, I had to prepare for the Hurricane that is very slowly coming. It was suppose to hit on Monday, but now it won't hit until tonight. It was moving at 1 MPH. Now, it's moving at whole 3 MPH! But it's nice that it's hitting on a work/school day, so no school!

I have a digital and optical microscope, and I use them for many different applications. I used Creative Commons images for the article. Thanks for reaching out!

You're right that not everyone has a microscope. Not everyone has Petri dishes, either. Most molds can be categorized as microfungi, which are fungi that produce reproductive structures not visible to the eye. Without a microscope or Petri dish, it's difficult to differentiate most types of molds from one another. I'll see if I can find some macroscopic images that would be helpful, though!
