"When YouTube star Emma Chamberlain first launched her coffee line, many of us in the media made cute-silly-little-puns about her getting "roasted" for putting out such an expensive product. Even so, the coffee is so flavorful, I could see why it was worth some hype and a splurge every now and then. Although I don't buy the full bags regularly "in this economy," I do keep boxes of the tea-bag-style single serve in my cabinet. And honestly, that's been a lifesaver.
